Product Introduction
The grouting recorder integrates microcomputer technology processing, a seven inch true color touch screen, parameter display, setting, and printing functions. It can record the flow rate, pressure, density, and time during the grouting process without the need for buttons or a mouse, making it simple and intuitive. Parallel port printers can be used on-site for printing, and data export and archiving with USB drives are also supported. The grouting automatic recorder is available in two models: one trailer and one trailer. Suitable for curtain grouting, karst grouting, compaction grouting, double liquid grouting, consolidation grouting, backfill grouting, joint grouting, anchor grouting, high-pressure rotary jet grouting, multi head small-diameter deep mixing piles, highway maintenance grouting and other series of grouting processes.

1, the main interface

Contains four buttons, respectively:

Record - enter the grout record interface, display the current data information, and record the grouting process in real time;

Setting - enter the setup interface to set the system parameters, including hole number, hole order, section length, cement density, sensor specifications and other data;

Browse into the browser interface, used to display the current on-board memory contained in the pile of records, and can look intently statistical information of each pile with all data points

USB - enter USB interface, used to display the current system connected to the USB interface of

2, record interface:

In the main interface, click the record button to enter the window above left, can be simultaneously monitored in dual channel, dual channel interface, touch any channel can enter the channel view detailed record information. The top right is the channel 1 recording interface.

Start to start recording or grouting pressure of water information, the system will automatically calculate the flow current, and arrive at the time interval after the current time period measured flow rate, pressure value, current density, total flow to record point is stored, and start a new time record;

Pause - at any time, the user can suspend the grouting record by pressing the pause button until the press start button continues;

Finish - press this button to end the current grouting record. You must end the current record before you save, print, or save these operations;

Save - - saves the finished grouting record to the onboard memory;

Print - print the finished grouting record through a micro printer;

Save the record disk - will have the end of grouting to usb;

Return - back to the record interface.

In most interfaces, there are two buttons, "exiting" and "switching", as follows:

Exit - to exit the current interface and return to the highest level interface;

In the grouting or water pressure test process, to change the slurry or pressure light, press the set button on the screen, and then click on the real-time setting, you can enter the right interface, the interface can be test tube, after the completion of the operation, press the exit button to return to the original recording interface.

3 ,operation process

1,Setting - conventional A

Selection mode, according to the design requirements, enter the hole number, pile number, paragraph low, paragraph top, section length, paragraph and record interval.

2,Setting - conventional B

The water cement ratio, the elevation and pressure of the hole are set according to the construction requirements.

When setup is complete, return to the main interface

3,Record - station 1

Start the grouting time start button, finish at the end of the grouting, and then print or save.

Safety guidelines

Please read this manual carefully before using this product. Do not follow the instructions that are not clearly stated in this manual. Unauthorized operations can result in errors or accidents.

1,The instrument is powered on, do not use alcohol and other chemicals for cleaning. If you need to clean it, please unplug the power plug and wipe it with a lightly damp cloth.

2,When the grouting recorder at the construction site please dustproof cover.

3,In order to prevent electric shock or cause a short circuit, please pay attention to moistureproof water splash.

4,Avoid and other high-power electrical appliances or electrical equipment is easy to cause the voltage fluctuation of AC power socket using the same.

5,Please use the fuselage - cable grounding, absolutely not with other electrical appliances Co.

6,The instrument of the current sensitive, please use the non metal USB, avoid human and machine static conduction, affect the normal instrument work.

7,The instrument is inserted into the USB recording state, normal, but if the repeated insertion of USB, short time interval, the working indicator not react on the repeated plug USB, there will be a screen display "PLC no response".

8,It is recorded in the state, to avoid the USB plug operation.

9,The machine is recording state, please don't carry onboard vacuuming, avoid accidentally deleted the ongoing data record.

Main points of maintenance

1,The computer can not be affected by the rain water meter box, open the door as little as possible, in order to avoid the intrusion of dust, affect the normal work of the printer and computer. The box is strictly forbidden to be irradiated by the sun. It must be installed in a good position of heat radiation and ventilation. The surface of the box is often cleaned with damp cloth or cloth to keep it clean.

2,The communication cable to protect, not hard pull drag, air plug and socket to avoid the rain and dust intrusion, prevent the heavy object stamping block.

3,For the electromagnetic flow meter, in after each use to wipe clean, meter pipe cement slurry must be regularly rinse with water, to prevent the residual cement consolidation effect of electrode performance. The grounding ring of the electromagnetic flow meter shall be in good contact with the base.

4,For the printer for mechanical structure more, so in the open box inspection or the paper operation should pay special attention to dust.

5,Keep the equipment:

⑴The recorder should be not long, special packing box into the instrument to save, not for a long time placed in the host location.

⑵The equipment retention period of three months after use, should be energized after 2 hours to check whether it is normal state.

⑶The equipment from the date of shipment, after one year, should be sent to the measuring department or a manufacturing unit for calibration to ensure the accuracy of monitoring data.

6,The once stop construction, should be promptly closed to reduce the heat in the case of recorder.

Warranty

⑴The factory warranty for 12 months, as a result of damage caused by improper, on behalf of repair materials and charge fee. (consumable items such as printer heads are not covered by warranty).

⑵The warranty period, due to man-made damage, incorrect operation, especially not according to the instructions used to dismantle and repair are not out of warranty.
