Grouting recorder is an automated monitoring system used in water conservancy and hydropower grouting construction. Its function is to collect grouting process parameters such as grouting pressure, flow rate, density, and lifting through the grouting automatic recorder during the grouting process, and display these collected parameters on the grouting automatic recorder. Because grouting engineering is an underground concealed project, the application of instruments is mainly to improve the efficiency of grouting engineering work, reduce the factors of inaccurate and false human records, and thus help ensure the quality of grouting engineering.

Product Introduction
The grouting recorder integrates microcomputer technology processing, a seven inch true color touch screen, parameter display, setting, and printing functions. It can record the flow rate, pressure, density, and time during the grouting process without the need for buttons or a mouse, making it simple and intuitive. Parallel port printers can be used on-site for printing, and data export and archiving with USB drives are also supported. The grouting automatic recorder is available in two models: one trailer and one trailer. Suitable for curtain grouting, karst grouting, compaction grouting, double liquid grouting, consolidation grouting, backfill grouting, joint grouting, anchor grouting, high-pressure rotary jet grouting, multi head small-diameter deep mixing piles, highway maintenance grouting and other series of grouting processes.
